Ordered Samsung Galaxy M12 on 1st Jan with Amazon Prime. Expected delivery date was 2nd Jan(till 11AM). Got the notification that product has been delivered but neither delivery agent called me nor received the package. After 2 days of waiting registered a complaint with Amazon, they told me to wait another 2 days required for their “internal” investigation. I again called them multiple times after another 2 days but they just said it was delivered successfully.
