I ordered redmi k20 from mi-store at date 26 august 2019 and it delivered to me 28 august 2019.when i opened the box.i got damaged phone inside the box which is poco.i told to company and they only told me we have sent intact product. Every time i told them kindly track IMEI but they refuses to track the IMEI. I sent them legal notice and complain in consumer court but they are not answering. What i do. From that day i m so in trouble by this company. This mobile is on emi ,only every month i am paying emi.
