amazon denying any wrongdoing,
Local Amazon delivery agency confirm the delivered package is of standaloan grocery item not of a Mobile package.
Amazon didn’t sent any OTP for safe delivery of item
Amazon didn’t correctly investigate the complaint and closed the issue.
I had ordered the product at 8999-10% credit card discount= 8100
Amazon not cooperating at all.
I have no other option.
