This is serious issue regarding the website Bloomsvilla.com the company which provide online facility to send flowers cakes gifts raakhi to your loved ones. Bloomsvilla is based on Karnataka city as website says. This is regarding my Order number BV2294246; i ve ordered for 8 raakhi with chocolate worth 3583 rupees for my brother in USA. Delivery was supposed to be done on 6th Aug 2022 between 12 -3 pm. But it hasn’t been delivered yet. I want to take a serious action as its huge sum of money. The number on website is fake as it directly goes to computerized answering and there is no way to reach them. Please help me.
