On Feb 7 2023 i ordered Vivo v23 mobile on amazon.in but it was delivered in indraprastha in Madhya Pradesh instead of delivering me in Tamilnadu. I called customer service and tell about the mistake done by them and I asked them to take action as soon as possible but there was no action taken. After the Estimated Delivery Date i asked them to address my grievances but they didn’t do that and they make me mentally harassment and then I asked them to deliver my product but after 20 days they refund my amount without my knowledge i demand then product but they refund me. I have all Recordings and Screenshots. They are Scamming people by holding people’s money for long days and returning them.
