Order date is 20th October, 2020 and delivery date is 23rd October 2020 with order I’d ST22847 with tracking I’d = 7002910051855. Several times used a mobile number (Mob. No. 8929041851)which was mentioned in the packing box to return this product but unable to talk with any person of customer service team. Didn’t receive any payment bill with proper signature and date. kindly update and registered my complain against this company to refund money with harassment charge.

Received a product which I have not ordered from Rare deals. I ordered Bose earpods and they have send me a local JBL headphone. I paid Rs 1699/- for this. When I opened my courier, then only I could knew that I got cheated. I request your help to get my actual product which I have ordered please.
