With reference to the order No: Order# 406-0749510-0569911 ordered BIBA Womens cotton Kurta on 13th Dec 2024 @ 4486/- instead received different product,
same day called to Amazon customer care and informed about fraud and wrong product returned to Amazon and as of now no action has been taken and return also not issued.
when recently i called to amazon customer care and asked about refund then they told from their end everything is intact and no refund will be issued, several times i called customer care and explained the things what happened but they are not ready to listen my concern and saying same answer that sorry and no refund will be issued, please help me in this regards.
