I have placed GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK (PS4) game on 20th Nov, Amazon promised to deliver it one 23rd and waited till 25th not delivered then I called customer care they told me that product got damaged so pls pls cancel it and replace the order, then i cancelled that order and again placed it on 26th Nov, new order supposed to come on 29th nov but it not yet delivered… Waiting till today 4/12/22 not yet delivered… For 1 product I waited 15days still not received my product… Called and mailed many times to customer support not responding properly… So I want to file a complaint against them for wasted my time, fake promises etc
