I had ordered a product from dhani store on 26th nov. And I received product on 6th dec. When I opened the packing I saw the ordered product is different from which I have ordered and for that item there was no return policy. So i called customer care on 01246555555 and they told me to e-mail the image’s of product which I was received. I mailed them on 12th Dec and received a mail with my ticket no. And I received another mail on 14th Dec that your query is resolved but in app i didn’t received any refund or option for returning Product so I again called customer care And they said to wait for 24 hour’s. Today on 18th December I called customer care but there is no any response from them
