Ordered a “Toothless” stuffed animal with “express” shipping so that it would arrive before Christmas. With the price of the product and shipping, paid over $80. I have emailed the company several times and the 3 times they responded I was informed that due to COVID complications, there was a severe delay in shipping. I have run into this issue with other companies overseas and understood.
Now when emailing the company I am not receiving any response, have not received that product and no refund. I tried to access the website and it no longer exists.
