I had ordered a Co-ords set from Flipkart worth ₹934 at the time of order which was the 17th of December 2023 and on the 21st of December 2023 the product status was ‘Out For Delivery’ but on the 1st of January 2024 the product status was changed to ‘Cancelled’, also the size which I ordered is now unavailable and at the cost of ₹1022.
I tried reaching out to customer support but the only thing they said was that the seller decided to cancel the order as they were unable to ship it from their partnered vendors on time.
The reason I am filing this complaint is because I have not received any compensation for the issue I have faced.
