I had orderd two dresses from website – stylofebric.in on 5th july 2020 and made online payment since cash on delivery option was not available. I then received an Email of order ( attached with this complaint ) and sms regarding the information about the product delivery which was 15th july 2020 but my product is not yet delivered . I have sent them an email about this problem but no reply and no information about the ordered product and cause of delay . I need refund of the amount i paid for the product. Kindly do the needful.
