I bought a bedside table from flipkart on 17th of September, containing order id OD226034040027476000, which was undelivered till 23rd October, so I called customer care for several times to cancel the order. Suddenly I got a call from their end on friday where the customer care executive conveyed me the message that the product got cancelled and I will get the refund within two business days. Then suddenly on 30th october I got a message that the product got delivered where as it was under cancellation and I didn’t get the product. I don’t know what kind of unprofessional behaviour is this on their end and I expected at least a call from them explaining the whole matter which didn’t come ever. Please provide me the solution at the earliest and refund me my money. This is what actually I deserve from them after buying at least 2 lacs of purchases within the last two months.
Please check the confirmation mail in the attachment section for cancellation of the product which was undelivered, yet showing delivered.
