Text of Complaint by Manasa:

I ordered Philips Blender HL 1655/00 250 W on FLipkart. It was open package delivery. The carton box of the product inside looked old and worn out, when i asked the delivery guy, he said to check with Flipkart and he left. When i contacted Flipkart, they asked me to check if all items were there, i checked, it had warranty card as well, so they asked me to use the product, and incase defective, they will initiate return. Now when we used it the blade is nor rotating. I called Flipkart again, they asked to contact Philips regarding this and gave toll free number of Philips. Now philips is saying they wont replace it , they will only repair it. Im asking for replacement, but Philips says it should be done by Flipkart and Flipkart says it should be done by Philips. No one is responding. I dont want repair of this product as I dont know what new problem may arise later.
