Text of Complaint by Chandan Bhatia:

I had purchased a pack of three shirts for my father’s birthday gift. They delivered old used & painted & useless shirts through blue dart. They disheartened & fraud me and many other customers online.They deserve punishment under consumer protection act 2019. I deserved full compensation & refund from such fraudsters. You can find many complaints online for this shirtburry online store already on the consumer forum.
How it happened: I was scrolling facebook and saw an Advertisement for the shirtburry store, it looked like an shopify store and while purchasing, i got cod option only. They sent the parcel through blue dart whose delivery executive didn’t allow me to open parcel in front of him and without prior payment. This is not fair, people can also sent drugs through blue dart, i even filed a complaint on bluedart but they didn’t respond me.The Blue dart must be restricted by government for verifying their parcels and the people or company who sends them. It will help to stop such frauds and give consumer a trustworthy ecosystem.
