I ordered one waterproof slipper on towndeals.online website in Nov’20. I received the package on 28th Nov’20 and I made a cash payment of Rs 900 to the delivery boy, without opening the package and checking the product. Later when I opened the pack, they had sent a wrong product. I have been trying to contact the company on 9311821068 (contact person’s name “Shri”), however, no one answers that phone. And now, the site doesn’t exist anymore. This is a fraud company and stealing people’s money.
