I ordered rakhi online on August 30th. Estimated delivery is on same day that is August 30th.. but it is not delivered. On September 3rd i mailed them that my order is not delivered they replied saying it is out for delivery…. but we didn’t receive the products. And i replied to the their mail that order not received on September 3rd. They gave me mail again on September 8th saying
Just to let you know, your order is processed and confirmed because it is a courier product.
Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
The delivery date is an estimate since this product is shipped using our courier partners’ services. We will be more than happy to replace a defective product. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do what is necessary.
Till date my brother didn’t receive his rakhi.. please do justice for me.. this is really cheating people..
