My name is Don Jose. I have purchased a Product (REDMI A2) Order ID OD329023519928032100 from Flipkart. I have purchased a brand new device and unfortunately I got the used one and it died on arrival. I opened a ticket with flipkart and the support person asked me to go to the Brand service center for a replacement. I went to the service center and they refused to replace the product since it was activated on August 17th (12 days before my purchase). Then I know I was cheated with a used dead device. I have again called flipkart customer support and they gave a timeline to resolve my issues and they asked for proof from the Brand service center for the denial. I have attached all the documents from them but the flipkart support closed the ticket without any reason. Again I called flipkart, reopened the ticket, they were closing the ticket within 2 or 3 days without any reason. This is repeating. Till yet I didn’t get any proper answer regarding this issue.
