I had ordered a mobile phone Samsung F62 on 3 October 2021 from FlipKart during the sale under exchange scheme. The phone delivery date was first shown to be 5th-8th October. Then it was postponed to 13th October. I had formatted my phone since 4th October. There is no response from the company. When I booked a call on 13th they called me to wait for one day and gave me the assurance to look into the matter. Again I called on 14th and received the same answer. There is no update from the company regarding the status of my order till date. It is a kind of mental harassment from the company. Please do the needful.
