Dear Sir / Madam,
Good After Noon!
I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. It is to be notified that I am foreseeing the worst consequences of not delivering my product on time after several reminders and several follow up, I am not yet received my ordered material ordered material.
I have ordered a product through Paytm mall vide Order No. 13997938961.
Delivery through Xpressbees AWB number is 122721727806
Material was scheduled delivery date was Saturday, 26 June, 2021. But unfortunately, I was out of station.
I was received a call from the delivery boy to receive the material and unfortunately while travelling signal was lost and I am not able to contact him again because it was the satellite number, I am unable to contact the same. But that boy was belonging to Rayagada. I fell if he could call me again, I can get my product.
Neither the boy was contacted me nor I can reach the Paytm mall customer care.
Whereas It’s a pre-paid order till date I am not received my product, so sad the poor service of Pay tm.
Please expediate the matter.
