I ordered the Milton Flask last month but have not received it until today. I work abroad and made this order for my family. My family members all was admitted to the hospital from May 8th to 18th May due to a COVID-19 infection. After discharge we found on your website material already delivered on 13th MAY.
There was a complete LOCKDOWN in Tamil Nadu that day. Our family was also admitted to the hospital and was in treatment. Only after the treatment was over did it become clear that the substance was out of reach. Since then I have complained several times through the website. To date I have not found any permanent solution How could you have handed over the item to us while we were in the hospital?
And when I complained about this you said that this issue will be fixed on June 1st You are not correct You said June 10th Again You have said June 11th Now you are saying June 17th How many more years I have attached all sorts of sms received from FLIPKART.
I was complaint through Mail, online app Flipkart, Twitter
Also am not able to call from abroad to your toll free number. I was given my Whats app number and my family contact number.
More than 45 days me and my family suffered this material related. Every day I want follow-up this issue
Totally I was upset this issues also I never face this type of issues my entire life.
Just I got call from my family Flipkart told money return, I don’t want money I want material, also I want to know who is the person who delivered this item to our house. I am also going to lodge a complaint with the police about this and I have asked the court to ban the sale of goods to your company and delivery in our district till I get proper justice. For the past 45 days my family and I have been applying for stress and damages on your company for the hardships. I have also taken legal action to prevent any delivery of your goods in our district. I have given my phone number several times so far and no one has contacted me till now. I have posted myself on my WhatsApp saying that I am abroad in which you can feel free to contact me anytime and have linked me to my overseas.
