Hi team,
We have ordered mac book air on 13th of October with Order id:OD116776916728563000 and we have received mouse pad in the place of that.when I called customer care rep ,without my consent he raised a return request but I wanted my product to be replaced.when I tried contacting the delivery boy he is also not responding…please consider this as a high priority complaint and resolve it as soon as possible orelse it will be escalated further to higher authority.
