I had ordered a pack of branded LIVYOR masks in sealed pack box from Amazon but received unbranded masks without sealed packed box. When I placed the order the description mentioned on the website was mentioned as LIVYOR branded with seal packed box which is also mentioned in their invoice, However in the order delivered section they have completely changed the description and removed the brand & sealed packed box from the description.In this way they have cheated us and on top of that they have closed my account saying that I am making too much request for refund.They are not properly responding to my mail and not addressing the issue raised. Their invoice which shows the item which I had ordered and their order delivered description do not match which shows that a different product of much lesser value has been delivered to us other than what we had ordered
