Dear team,
On 16th Jun 20, I had ordered one item from Flipon Website and on 23rd Jun 20 , I had received the ordered item from the seller but product was different bcoz the same item was not received as shown on the website and also mismatch the description as well.
I already paid the amount via online.I lost the money . I also mailed to their customer care
mail is but till now I haven’t got any reply (fliponcare@gmail.com)

Pls Help me and suggest me to what to do.
