I have purchased – beautiful indian ethenic × 1, on July 5th, I have not received it yet, i tried calling on the phone number mentioned on their website but its switched off, i tried to emailing them on fibrefashion02@gmail.com, but no response. Please help me get my money back, ban the website so that people don’t loose their money.

I ordered a dress on 5th July from Fibre Fashion (https://fibre fashion.in) today is 23rd july but no dress has reached me yet money (Rs 549) has been debited from my account but no dress has arrived yet.
