On 31Jan 2021, I had placed an order for women’s clothing costing Rs.249/-.Order No.was #1064 and payment was made at Razorpay by internet banking, payment ID being pay_GVmIjWsSavwDoq. But even after 22 days, there is no information in this regard, inspite of repeated reminders.
