I had accidentally ordered and Iphone Pro Max instead of the iphone Pro as the price was nearly the same it was hard to distinguish. The policy stated a 10 replacement policy.
When I realised that I ordered the wrong product, I immedietly contacted Amazon and ask them to change it. The product box has not been opened at all. Their customer service simply refused to even entertain the request.
I even agreed to bear the loss of price difference between pro and max but they just said that the product has been accepted so they cant.
The product was a gift for my brother and his servant at home had accepted the product, there was no way for him to know it is the wrong product.
