I order in ynr lehenga website.. they delivered me a saree. i have invested Rs 2293/-. Now they are not even replying my mails please help

Its regarding my friends concern.The complaint was filed in the portal and now i can see the my friends personal information publicly. You cannot publish a consumer’s sensitive information openly in your portal. Please look into it and take the necessary action.
