Text of Complaint by Sutapa:

I had ordered 4 family packs of Kwality walls ice cream on 23 Jun 2023. The delivery guy arrived at my place after 3 hrs. After waiting for that long time, I was astonished to see the condition of the ice cream packs. All the 4 packs were molten. There was no ice pack or any other form of refrigeration used during the ride, which made the condition obvious. When I asked the reason, the delivery guy said he had to ride a bicycle on the scorching summer day, and that is why the ice cream was molten. I denied to accept the molten packs due to both hygiene and safety reasons. But Zomato updated the status as food delivered successfully. Now after trying to reach out to zomato customer care via email and following up for a month, zomato is not accepting there fault and is not willing to refund any money.
