Through its advertisement on Facebook (www.trustcarts.in), I had ordered Rs. 299.00 worth of mangoes. The amount was paid thru credit card and the Payee was Khushboo Enterprises. The order number and date as given at time of payment is 2679/24.04.2021. A sms was also received immediately after payment confirming the receipt of the amount and informing that ‘We’ll notify you when it ships”. After this I have not received any further details from Khushboo Enterprises/www.trustcarts.in, despite three separate reminders sent by email to trustcarts1010@gmail.com (email ID taken from website www.trustcarts.in; no phone number given there). By now it is clear that the organisation does not have any intention of shipping the goods. Quite obviously it is a fraud. ALL ABOVE FACTS MENTIONED BY ME ARE AVAILABLE WITH ME AS DOCUMENTED EMAILS/SMS etc. I understand many others have been also duped similarly.
