Hi,

I’m Bhavani Kudikala.  I ordered 3 bags from info-look.myshopify.com on 24/12/2020 and I paid an amount of 647.00 through the payu in gateway.  I didn’t receive any updates regarding my package and no ordered delivered yet.  And I tried multiple times to contact them through email but they didn’t respond.  Please look into this issue and help me.
