I had ordered one Debit card for using the Paytm banking services  but they deducted balance from my account and not delivered paytm debit card to me.

I have already waited a lot of days but still they didnot delivered me the card .

They are showing on their websites that the card has been delivered but the card has not delivered to me !!

I have messages them about my issues but still they are not responding to any of them and still they have not refunded my money to my source account ,According to service provider there they say that if card has not neen delivered the amount will be refunded but they are not doing so !!

I request you to please resolve my issues !!

I am providing an screenshots from my paytm app tgere is an Notification message from paytm services that , My order for Debit card Has been placed !!
