I would like to report a case of suspected online shopping fraud. On 15/06/2025, I came across an Youtube advertisement by a website called FABFASHION4U, offering Linen Shirts.
Link details is as under:
COTTON LINEN SHIRT SLIM CASUAL (PACK OF 4)
The website allowed only Cash on Delivery (COD), and I placed an order for a Linen Shirts, expecting a confirmation email — which I never received. The product was delivered on 19/06/2025.
Before making payment I had asked the courier boy to open the parcel, however, he denied to do so. I have no option but to pay Rs. 999/- in cash.
While opening the parcel, it was found that there was a 32″ Pant (One Piece) and not Shirts.
Need full refund or replace with the original order.
