Dear Sir,
I had ordered for 2 qty of Mi band 4 on 06/08/2019 vide order no. 1487782948 through ebazee.net website, by payment of Rs. 3198/- and have received the M band 4 instead of (brand) Mi band 4 only 1 qty and through bluedart courier AWB 69696762365. Further to this i tried calling to the phone number 8448445037 listed in website but no response as the call gets disconnected by 1 ring an tries sending mails with details but so far I didn’t receive any reply mail from the company for resolution or even a courtesy call/mail response. Further I went through the reviews in facebook and other websites and I understood that the company is cheating the consumers by given duplicate or similar looking products and even not delivering the products for the payments made. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take action on this company as this seems to be fraud company.
