I ordered food in ONDC FOOD via paytm.
Payment was successful, but didn’t receive any food.
I tried to call the delivery person but he didn’t answered the call. After 8 to 9 calls he answered us that ‘the food was sent back to the hotel, & for further queries contact customer care’.
But there was no customer care call mentioned in ONDC. Just mails, which is completely useless.
Tried to raise complaint via mails, but no response.
What kind of fraudulent is this?
If ONDC can’t provide the proper service or response, why looting our money?
If it’s really an error, why don’t they refund our money? Even if it’s less amount, Every penny costs right?
Worst experience ever…
Lost money & starving here.
Just need our justice.
