We ordered food in ondc via Paytm. Money was deducted but didn’t received the order. We tried to contact delivery man, but he didn’t picked up his phone and after many calls he attended the call & said, Food was send back to hotel & said to contact the customer care. There is no customer care number or such availability. If you can’t provide the order y don’t u refund the money? What kind of fraudulent is this?? Very worst response.
