We ordered food and received wrong item ,yet swiggy did not resolved issue, and it happened thrice

I placed one order with a value of Rs.1529 and they provided the bill for Rs 808 only. I am trying to connect with customer care, they are not responding in the correct manner. Please resolve my issue.
