I had ordered dress in myshopify.com through advertisement in Instagram. I thought it’s genuine and ordered dress of Rs 517 in 25-12-2022. But days gone but still items not received. Now it’s showing error as “Store not available”.

Kindly help me to refund my valuable money or item i ordered.
