I have ordered a dress from flipkart and paid via credit card. Today I got a message from ECOM Express as out for delivery with my flipkart address and as COD. Courier person came and delivered asking for COD. I felt may be flipkart courier was not paid via credit card successfully, so they changed to COD. I received the courier since addres, mobile number was correct. When my mom opened the package , it was a piece of red cloth inside it and not the kurti I ordered. Its irritating.
