I ordered Dabur Chyawanprash Avaleha 2kg at 472 rupees from flipkart by using 16 supercoins of flipkart and after 25 rupees cashback by payment from paytm upi mrp was 513 which cost me 472 rupees it delivered me today at 7 pm on 6th November 2023 but product received to me was already used and half kg already eaten from company received damaged and used product i want compensation as per Consumer Protection Act 2019 I want to sue the company in case of Deficiency in services and Delivering danage product to customer i claim compensation because due to this used product my mother for whom i ordered this product can’t use it
