I have ordered Sony wireless musical item with Zabra Earbuds from Routlat.com. l have got this item through Delhivery with an ordered id 15404, have paid Rs.1649.00

But I received wrong and broken instead of I ordered. I want refund for the item paid COD 1649/- to Delhivery.
Immediately after identifying that it was wrong product I have tried to address mentioned on Delhivery
