Text of Complaint by Puja Deb:

i ordered clothing from an Instagram page..i paid them through upi on 23rd of nov 2021, after few days i asked them for tracking id but didn’t gave me..after some days i asked again,they told me to send my details again and told me they will update me soon bt still no response..Now since it was going to be a month i tried to call bt they diverted their call..now they declined my calls n also did not respond to my texts
