I ordered Boat airdopes 161 pro from the official website of boat. But received an empty box , the earbuds were not present in the box. I raised complaint to boat team but they refused to provide me replacement or refund for the product by saying the box was intact condition when delivered. My money got wasted and they are not replying to me and closed my case.
