Text of Complaint by Pratyush Kumar Manglam:

I have ordered a product on 5th of August, 2022 i.e. an earbud of wings phantom pro gaming and i received the product on 7th August, 2022. But the product was of not of good quality as expected for gaming earbuds, there isn’t any noise cancellation so I requested for return and refund but the seller as well as the Flipkart refused to help me out with the issue. And on 8th August 2022, I received a MSG from Flipkart tha seller has rejected the request and after that within an hour my account has been blocked just for asking the refund.
Later, I tried to reach the customer support services and they gave me a reason that due to some technical reasons my account has been blocked and will be activated by 11th August, 2022. But on that day also I didn’t receive any information regarding the same and again I contacted to the customer support but they told me that they have escalated and my account will be activated by 15th August, 2022. And today is 16th August, 2022, i contacted to the customer care but now they are telling me to wait for 19th August, 2022.
