Product quality is very poor. This sofa when it came didn’t had proper packaging and even it was torn from different places, threads are coming out very bad finishing, bad quality upholstery has been used to make outer cover. Buying this sofa is Waste of money. And sad part is Amzon is not providing return pickup policy. They are saying that I have to send my self. I have been trying to send the sofa by courier services like Trackon, DTDC, FedEx etc. – they are saying they don’t courier sofa, it’s not allowed. And when ever I am calling Amazon support they are just saying we only give you contact details of courier services (which are denying to take the sofa as courier). Other than that Amazon support is not supporting in pick up or return. Warning to all , don’t buy this sofa and waste your money. I didn’t expect this kind of response from Amazon customer support service. This is the first time I ever had worst experience with Amazon.
