Ordered an item and it was cancelled . I got the partial refund amount that is 3699 and I have paid 4199 towards Amazon for the product and got the 500 Amazon pay cashback. Customer care person telling that I want to use 500 rupees as for shopping. I asked for original payment amount of 4199. Customer care person disconnected the call while am speaking
