Product was for 999/- it is meant to be an electric chopper. The button doesn’t work. I have been charging it for 3 whole days. Completely faulty product. The website has a dummy number, email, Instagram link. Scamming customers.

Ordered same product from same site..and faced exactly the same problem
Exact product, same colour, same problem. They didn’t say it’s made in China. It’s a fraudulent company where u can’t write reviews, customer care number doesn’t work, no response from customer care email, they r selling cheap Chinese products and they don’t even mention that these are all Chinese made. In fact, they don’t even have any facebook page, instagram page or Pinterest page but the links make it seem as if they have. This is just to create an illusion and to make sure that nobody writes anything negative against them on social media because of which they can keep looting people. Absolutely disgusting. I have filed a complaint against shoppergrace.in ,they r just selling disgusting products.
