Respect sir ,
I have ordered an dsl camera which costs 105990 on amazon India . I paid the full amount in advance using my credit card .I got it delivered today . To my surprise I found a camera bag on the package instead of a camera .I called and spoke to the customer care person regarding this but he was very rude and kept on saying they will make an enquiry on this by 30th March and instructing me to contact customer care for updates on the same ..I was put under intense mental pressure since it’s was a huge hard earned money .And I ordered this for my holiday trip on 30th ..Even after informing this to the concerned person he said nothing can be done from their side till 30th .And it doesn’t look like an mistake it’s like a chain well planned cheating process as it was mentioned in the label of the product which I received as sorry India instead of Sony India .Kindly look into the issue and take action so that other customer like me will be saved in future . I have attached the images of the product which I received.
