I had ordered a watch from Amazon. On opening the box it contained a different and less cheaper watch in the box(box was correct but inside watch was wrong). I filed for refund. They took away the product and now saying that product is different and we can not refund. So they have kept the original box and the fault watch both and have not returned the money as well.
