I have ordered a new launched model “Fireboltt Thunder” on the same launch date “March 14th 2022”. Ordered from Fireboltt official website. They have delivered me a damaged product first time after two weeks and I have requested for replacing the product. Again after two weeks, I got a product having hang issue. Again I requested for replacement, I received a wrong and low priced model (wrong colour watch) for the third time after 1.5months. (Actually, Ordered watch worth 5000rs and received a product of 3999rs, still showed fake invoice amount)
Most sad part is their customer service, very bad and quality service. Even their customer care connect our calls after continuous try of one to two days.
Still they haven’t solved my complaint, waiting patiently for it’s full refund. But no update from them through mail as they assured.
I have wasted both my time and money… Now, it’s been almost two months and I finally decided to give complaint to the honourable Consumer court.
Never trust Fireboltt. They provided a bad quality service and product.
